Coaching Built for the Long Game
Coach Rose is a USA Triathlon Level I coach. She is also a USA Triathlon local technical official. She’s became a triathlete in 2019, finishing Go Girl Sprint Triathlon at Eagle Creek in Indianapolis. In 2018 Rose finished Ironman Louisville. She has been invited to be on Team USA for World Multisport Festival in 2027 racing in standard duathlon.
Rose currently serves as Secretary of Central Indiana Cycling and has previously served on the Indy Runners Board and as the state representative for the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). She is currently racing on Team Zoot for multisport and supports other coaches who are working to increase representation in tri.
Rose has finished a dozen marathons, more than 100 half marathons, and many races of other distances. She has finished sprint, standard distance, half Ironman, and Ironman races. She has done the Registers Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI) three times, and finished the Ride Across INdiana (RAIN) in addition to many century rides. She has finished the Swim to the Moon 5K open water swim and the Mackinac Island Swim.

Coach Rose uses Training Peaks to communicate workout details with athletes and athletes may text, email, or call at any time. While Rose is employed outside of triathlon as an urban planner with a consulting firm, she makes every effort to communicate with athletes in a timely manner.
